Our Reviews

Mark and his family were helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with during the entire process. They will spend a great deal of time helping you design the perfect deck for you, showing you all options available that will fit any budget. Not only did they construct me the perfect deck, but my parents and my neighbor’s mother are 2 other customers that are very happy with their deck and they recommend Mark to others as well. I’ll continue to recommend Mark to anybody that wants a high quality, long-lasting deck while working with a friendly, respectful, efficient, and hardworking family.

Mark, We really appreciate the quality work that you and your sons do. Our neighbors commented on how your sons cleaned up so well all of the building materials. You have truly been blessed with a wonderful family! Please accept this small gift of our gratitude in appreciation of the impressive work you do!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great job on the deck! The team was fantastic, professional and provided a design that worked with the house. None of the other builders would even attempt the deck roof, Mark’s design gave us what we were looking for, Thanks Mark and team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A big thank you to Mark & his team for building us a sturdy, beautiful deck that our family will create memories on for years to come.

We are very happy with the finished product & would recommend Great Decks for Less to all of our family & friends.

Our quote came back about 10k less than the two other quotes we received from competitors in the area.

Mark was upfront about price selection, practicality of material, and even utilized hand drawn plans. He set realistic timelines & explained the difference between Great Decks for Less and other builders.

From one family to another, thank you for all of your hard work.

Thank you for running your business with integrity, honesty and pride.

Much thanks,

The McLanes

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about Mark, his crew and his work! We had trouble with multiple contractors but not with them. They were even willing to make the trip up to our house in the Shields/Hemlock area. It was so nice having someone communicate so well. Our deck is so beautiful & they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend 10/10! Thanks again Mark & crew!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark and his sons built a beautiful deck for us. The price was reasonable and Mark was fair and easy to work with. His boys were friendly and did a great job. They were busy so there was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my family, friends or anyone else that asked.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just had our final inspection and am so happy with the way my deck turned out. Mark and his boys were great to work with. Though it took a bit, it was worth the wait. Our deck is beautiful and exactly what Mark promised. His boys are polite and articulate about their work. I would highly recommend. Just remember, if you want beautiful work, you must be patient. They do get busy. Amazing builders.
